Still in Helnwein passion.
Dernier né d'une dynastie que l'on croyais éteinte a jamais, Helnwein a su raviver la flamme dans l'oeil d'un spectateur qui vit les yeux fermés devant une surréalité presque opressante.
Helnwein est incontestablement le maître observteur de tous.
Un art au caractère expressif d'une société rendue inexpressive.

Damals im Dominikanerkloster in Krems an der Donau haben Sie etwas erreicht, was man wohl als eines der höchsten Güter ansehen kann. Nämlich einen Menschen berühren, ohne ihn jemals nahezukommen. Ich war begeistert von Ihren Bildern dort, mein persönliches Lieblingsbild hing auch dort, was aber nicht verraten wird. Ich befasse mich mit der Fotografie und bin ein stiller Fan von Ihnen. There is no doubt in my mind that when the dust settles, very very few will be standing
and among them Gottfried Helnwein. Though many still interpret "Epiphany I: Adoration of the Magi" only in the light of its holocaust references, its piercing strength goes far far beyond that, it strikes at the heart of the inescapable contradictions of what it is to be human, as so much of your work is able to do.
Whether or not this is truly your Art Review page I thank you, I have only discovered your work recently but in my own continuing struggles, you light the way.

In der Kunstgeschichte hatte jeder Künstler einen Höhepunkt ich bin schon gespannt wann die Zeit kommt dass Sie diesen erreicht haben? Es una impresioonante forma de trabajo, que merecidamente gana elogios y criticas de todo el mundo. A decir verdad es algo que verdaderamente inspira a seguir trabajando para lograr la maestria en la pintura y el dibujo que tienes tu.
No podria decir que soy un admirador pero tu trabajo realmente llega a lo mas profundo de los sentimientos, hace llorar y reir al mismo tiempo; y aunque no he tenido la oportunidad de ver tus obras en vivo, aun asi en tu pagina impresionan bastante.
